Hilia in her secret hiding spot
Hilia is a hidden vendor who lives in the Moss Temple in Ootu. She sells some very rare items, including Magical FooDoo Dice and Mud Pie recipes. She says that she has a secret hiding spot, which doesn't make sense, considering that then she wouldn't get a lot of business.
